I thought I would try out this touchless car wash since the other drive thru washes in town just scratch up your car. Well, needless to say I won't be back. Either none of the soaps worked or they were empty so I basically just paid to rinse off my car with a pressure washer. I was also charged twice. Pretty disappointed, but not surprised.

First visit I received a great wash! On my second visit I did the $12 wash again and holy cow! I'm pretty sure my car came out worse than it did going in. My black rims are now a chalky color, the windshield is now murky looking, and there are streaks on all four sides of the vehicle. I'm extremely disappointed in the service that was received. I bought the same level of wash both times but received two different results. Make it make sense!!

I come here often for both the automatic wash and manual bays. The automatic touchless car wash works well and is the only one in Florence. It’s nice for the winter when it’s too cold to wash by hand but your car is covered in salt. The manual wash bays are clean as well. The only issue is the soap that is used in the touchless wash will leave an incredible amount of soap scum on black plastics. However, a couple of passes of cleaner wax gets rid of it.

I always get the most expensive car wash. The last one I got was about a month ago, it wasn’t the greatest but it had rained a lot. The car was dirty. I just figured it was worse than I thought. Got another one yesterday, came out, I could still see the wiper pattern on my windshield. got home, less than a mile from the car wash, the car looked as though I paid for a car wash and drove straight through, I had to wash the car from scratch in my driveway, which is just so time consuming, which is why I went to the car wash to begin with. I like this car wash because I don’t need to speak to a person and have chalk drawn on my car. But I guess I will just save my money and do it myself from now on 🙁

Washed my car in the DIY bay. It was clean, the pressure was good, the scrub brush was good, the spot free rinse worked, and it only cost $5. I used a CC to pay.
